詞形變化

時態(tài) quartered，quartering，quarters

這些名詞均有“地區(qū)”之意。
district多指由政府等機構(gòu)出于行政管理等目的而明確劃分的地區(qū)。
region普通用詞，常指地球上、大氣中具有自然分界線的區(qū)域，特指按照氣候、人體或其他特征鮮明、自成一體的地區(qū)。
area普通用詞，指整體中較大的，界線不分明的一部分。
section普通用詞，指城市、國家或天然界線形成的地區(qū)。
