這兩個動詞均有“指控、譴責”之意。
accuse普通用詞,正式或非正式場合,私人或法律上均可用。被指控的情節(jié)可輕可重。常與of連用。
charge常與accuse換用,但charge多指較嚴重的錯誤或罪行,而且往往向法庭提出正式起訴。
