我們的飲食習(xí)慣對于健康和強(qiáng)壯的身體而言是非常重要的。比起吃肉類和大米,我們當(dāng)中多數(shù)人更喜歡吃甜食和冰淇淋。如果我們餐后吃甜食和冰淇淋,甜食和冰淇淋對我們沒什么害處。但是如果我們餐前吃,將會影響我們的胃口。因此,保證每天在固定的時(shí)間吃飯對于我們來說很重要。其他因素,比如興奮或焦慮,也都會影響我們的食欲。

Our eating habits are very important for good health and a strong body. Most of us like eating sweets and ice-cream better than meat and rice. Sweets and ice-cream are not bad for us if we eat them at the end of a meal. But if we eat them before a meal, they may take away our appetite. Therefore, it is important for us to eat our meal at regular time each day. Other factors like anxiety or excitement may also take away our appetite.
