我最愛看的一本書是——《少兒百科全書》。有一次，我在《少兒百科全書》這本書中看到：在非洲的熱帶稀樹草原上，生長著一種十分粗大的樹。它高不過20米，可樹干直徑可達15米以上，要十幾個人手拉手才能合抱。樹冠直徑足有50米，遠看又矮又胖，因此被稱為“胖子樹”。又因為它能結(jié)出果肉多汁、酸甜、形狀像長橢圓形面包的果實，猴子、狒狒都喜歡吃，于是又叫“猴面包樹。它可以說是世界上最粗大的樹。
