          一、專業(yè)概況

          學(xué)院與澳大利亞格里菲斯學(xué)院(Griffith College)合作舉辦“大數(shù)據(jù)與會(huì)計(jì)”專業(yè)高等??平逃?xiàng)目,通過(guò)引進(jìn)國(guó)際優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源和先進(jìn)教育理念,實(shí)現(xiàn)兩校聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)具備雙語(yǔ)交流能力、能夠參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的專業(yè)人才。

          二、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)

          人才培養(yǎng):培養(yǎng)擁有較高外語(yǔ)水平、具有獨(dú)立創(chuàng)新思維能力、通曉國(guó)際會(huì)計(jì)通用準(zhǔn)則、適應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,能夠服務(wù)“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略,參與國(guó)際協(xié)作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型國(guó)際化會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè)人才。

          招生對(duì)象:參加全國(guó)高等學(xué)校入學(xué)考試,達(dá)到湖北財(cái)稅職業(yè)學(xué)院???a href='/zhuanti/fenshuxian/'>錄取分?jǐn)?shù)線,有一定英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)的高中畢業(yè)生或中職畢業(yè)生均可報(bào)名。

          三、專業(yè)特色

          1、師資力量精良。引進(jìn)澳洲大學(xué)優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源,學(xué)生就讀期間多門專業(yè)課程由澳洲格里菲斯大學(xué)和學(xué)院的資深外教授課。

          經(jīng)濟(jì)法基礎(chǔ)、財(cái)務(wù)機(jī)器人應(yīng)用與開(kāi)發(fā)、Accounting for Decision Making(決策會(huì)計(jì))、會(huì)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)、Management Concepts(管理理念)、企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)、Introduction to Marketing (市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷導(dǎo)論)、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)、Economics for Managers(管理者經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué))、Business Data Analysis(商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析)、智慧化稅費(fèi)申報(bào)與管理、Money,Banking & Finance(貨幣銀行與金融)、智能化成本核算與管理、管理會(huì)計(jì)實(shí)務(wù)、會(huì)計(jì)信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用、Excel在財(cái)務(wù)中的應(yīng)用、大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在財(cái)務(wù)中的應(yīng)用等。其中,由格里菲斯大學(xué)及學(xué)院選派外教承擔(dān)的專業(yè)課程簡(jiǎn)介如下:

          (一)決策會(huì)計(jì)(Accounting for Decision Making)

          本課程旨在向?qū)W生介紹會(huì)計(jì)的基本概念和原則,決策會(huì)計(jì)是作為一種商業(yè)決策工具出現(xiàn),旨在讓學(xué)生了解會(huì)計(jì)信息在業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃、戰(zhàn)術(shù)和決策制定以及組織內(nèi)管理者控制中的作用,從而幫助學(xué)生理解會(huì)計(jì)信息在經(jīng)濟(jì)決策和組織控制中的作用,幫助學(xué)生培養(yǎng)批判性分析、評(píng)估和解決問(wèn)題的技能。

          Objectives: Accounting for Decision Making aims to introduce students to the basic concepts and principles of accounting and to develop an understanding of the role of accounting information in economic decision-making and organizational control. The course will provide students with an understanding of the purpose, format and content of key financial statements that external decision makers use to assist them in their investment and/or lending decisions. The course also aims to provide students with an understanding of the role of accounting information in business planning, tactical and decision-making, and control by managers within organizations. During the process students will begin to develop critical analysis, evaluation and problem solving skills.

          (二)管理者經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)(Economics for Managers)

          管理者經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)通過(guò)將經(jīng)濟(jì)模型和理論應(yīng)用于簡(jiǎn)短的實(shí)際問(wèn)題和簡(jiǎn)短的案例場(chǎng)景,擬進(jìn)一步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生解釋、分析和溝通技巧。幫助學(xué)生了解政府經(jīng)濟(jì)政策背后的基本原理及其對(duì)企業(yè)、客戶和整個(gè)社會(huì)的影響。成功完成本課程后,學(xué)生應(yīng)該能夠通過(guò)分析基本的微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)概念來(lái)理解消費(fèi)者和市場(chǎng)的行為;能夠應(yīng)用宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)概念來(lái)衡量在生產(chǎn)、價(jià)格變動(dòng)、勞動(dòng)力和經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)表現(xiàn);可以使用衡量經(jīng)濟(jì)表現(xiàn)的知識(shí)來(lái)培養(yǎng)管理經(jīng)濟(jì)恢復(fù)充分就業(yè)的技能;以及擴(kuò)展解決現(xiàn)實(shí)世界中宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題的通用問(wèn)題決策能力和批判性思維能力。

          Objectives: The key objectives of this course are to introduce students to the basic principles and concepts of macroeconomics, building upon micro-economic foundations, and to introduce students to the role that economic factors can play in influencing household, business, and government decision-making processes. Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to understand the behaviour of consumers and markets through analysis of basic micro-economic concepts; to apply macroeconomic concepts to measure economic performance in the areas of production, price movements, labour and economic growth; to develop skills to manage the economy back to full employment using the knowledge of measuring economic performance; and to enhance generic problem solving and critical thinking skills for practical real world macroeconomic problem solving.

          (三)貨幣銀行與金融(Money Banking & Finance)

          金融體系在國(guó)家和國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用。一個(gè)有效、高效和穩(wěn)定的金融體系將促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),管理與金融交易相關(guān)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提供準(zhǔn)確可靠的信息以協(xié)助決策,并允許及時(shí)可靠地結(jié)算付款。然而,一個(gè)不具備這些特征的金融體系將破壞經(jīng)濟(jì)表現(xiàn)。因此,通過(guò)嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)管制度,確保國(guó)家金融體系的實(shí)力符合各國(guó)政府的既得利益。

          Objectives: This course provides an overview of the Australian financial system, particularly the role of the financial markets and institutions. It also presents a brief survey of the theory of money and an analysis of the conduct of monetary policy in recent years. It provides a basic understanding of the participants, roles, functions, products and operations of the various types of financial institutions, markets and instruments that make up a modern financial system.

          (四)商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析(Business Data Analysis)

          課程旨在為學(xué)生介紹基本的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)知識(shí)和技術(shù)、以及統(tǒng)計(jì)技術(shù)在學(xué)生所學(xué)專業(yè)中所需的應(yīng)用。其目標(biāo)是幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的有用之處,并用現(xiàn)實(shí)世界中的實(shí)例介紹在給定情況下的一系列統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法。成功完成本課程后,學(xué)生應(yīng)該能夠:使用不同變量和數(shù)據(jù)類型進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析來(lái)識(shí)別可以受益的場(chǎng)景;以圖形或數(shù)字方式匯總統(tǒng)計(jì)信息,以支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)解釋和分析;解釋如何使用概率和抽樣作為推斷商務(wù)問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ);通過(guò)一系列方法適當(dāng)?shù)貙?duì)商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)商務(wù)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行推斷。

          Objectives: This course is designed to provide students with the basic statistical techniques needed for the study of their discipline. It aims to provide recognition where statistical analysis may be of benefit and introduce the range of methods that may apply to a given situation using real world examples. After successfully completing this course, students should be able to: Recognise situations where statistical analysis using different variables and types of data would be of benefit; Summarise statistical information graphically or numerically to support data interpretation and analysis; Explain how probability and sampling are used as a basis of making inferences about business problems; Analyse data appropriately through a range of methods to make inferences about business problems.

          (五)管理理念(Management Concepts)

          管理學(xué)是一門綜合性的交叉學(xué)科,是系統(tǒng)研究管理活動(dòng)的基本規(guī)律和一般方法的學(xué)科。無(wú)論位于世界何處,有效的管理對(duì)于所有私營(yíng)、非營(yíng)利和公共組織的成功都至關(guān)重要。本課程旨在向?qū)W生教授管理研究的原則,培養(yǎng)決策、溝通和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的技能,通過(guò)案例學(xué)習(xí)讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)批判性地評(píng)估和應(yīng)用所學(xué)的管理學(xué)理論和知識(shí),處理案例公司中管理的問(wèn)題、挑戰(zhàn)或機(jī)遇。

          Objectives: This course has two distinct but inter-related aims. These are outlined below. First, the course seeks to ensure that all students have an understanding of broad management concepts and their inter-relationships in a global context. Effective management is essential for the success of all private, not for-profit and public organizations no matter where in the world they are located. How to plan and make decisions, organize, lead and control, how to motivate staff, and manage change in different business environments. Second, the course aims to instill in students the principles of management research. As successful graduates, employers will expect from you a capacity to apply knowledge of management. In this course students will be asked to identify an issue or potential issue from nominated case studies, and propose a recommendation to the issue. Students should support their argument using management theory and research. Through this activity students will build skills in decision-making, communication, and teamwork that will be further developed through future management studies and work.

          (六)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷導(dǎo)論(Introduction to Marketing)

          以營(yíng)銷為重點(diǎn),從客戶的需求和愿望的角度了解自己的業(yè)務(wù)。完成本課程后,學(xué)生將能夠研究和分析行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)以評(píng)估業(yè)務(wù)或品牌營(yíng)銷問(wèn)題;能夠?yàn)闋I(yíng)銷問(wèn)題制定解決方案;能夠?yàn)樵摻鉀Q方案編寫詳細(xì)且有說(shuō)服力的書面報(bào)告并進(jìn)行有效溝通;能夠明確職業(yè)道德、商業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任的必要性和重要性。

          Objectives: Marketing is not so much a business discipline as a business philosophy. Marketing is about putting both customers and consumers at the centre of a companys thinking. Companies with a marketing focus understand their businesses in terms of the needs and wants of their customers. This course provides the foundational knowledge to help students to formulate, at a basic level, innovative solutions to meet those needs and wants.

          大數(shù)據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析、財(cái)稅咨詢服務(wù)、中小企業(yè)或事務(wù)所管理咨詢、云財(cái)務(wù)核算會(huì)計(jì)、成本管理會(huì)計(jì)和預(yù)算管理會(huì)計(jì)等。同時(shí),中外合作項(xiàng)目畢業(yè)生具備一定的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言優(yōu)勢(shì),留學(xué)學(xué)生可獲得國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際認(rèn)可的國(guó)外大學(xué)本科學(xué)位乃至研究生學(xué)位,拓寬國(guó)際交流的機(jī)會(huì),更好地適應(yīng)國(guó)際化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境,更容易融入國(guó)際企業(yè)的文化。

          Eliot Sanft ,格里菲斯學(xué)院課程主管、金融課教研組組長(zhǎng),澳大利亞經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)會(huì)和澳大利亞金融規(guī)劃協(xié)會(huì)現(xiàn)任成員。曾擔(dān)任新西蘭政府財(cái)政部經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家,之后從事投資和基金管理,作為持證基金經(jīng)理?yè)?dān)任英國(guó)和香港公司的財(cái)務(wù)顧問(wèn)。2000年開(kāi)始結(jié)合自身多年的金融行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)在格里菲斯學(xué)院教學(xué),包括投資分析與管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和金融學(xué)等,Eliot的教學(xué)特色是將理論與實(shí)踐有效融合。
