alive可以用作形容詞

alive的基本意思是“活著”,指人〔動物〕還沒有死,也可指某人〔動物〕“有活力,活潑”或某事〔物〕“存在著,繼續(xù)不斷”。

alive在句中主要用作表語,也可用作賓語補足語。一般不用在名詞前作定語,偶爾用作定語時只能用在被修飾的名詞之后。

alive不能用very修飾,但可以說much alive或very much alive。用very much比用much普遍。
