secure可以用作動詞

secure的基本意思是“握緊”“關(guān)牢”,指關(guān)緊某物使其牢固,常用于某些可能丟失或逃脫的人或物,引申可表示“使安全”,還可表示“(使)獲得”“把…搞到手”。

secure只用作及物動詞,可接名詞、代詞、that從句或疑問詞從句作賓語,還可接雙賓語,其間接賓語可轉(zhuǎn)化為介詞for的賓語。可用于被動結(jié)構(gòu)。

secure常與介詞against〔from〕連用表示“保護(hù)…使免于”。
