用作副詞 adv.

approximately是程度副詞,意思是“非常接近,差不多就是”,強(qiáng)調(diào)其精確性,而其間的差距因其實際上并不重要而可以忽略不計。

由于approximately強(qiáng)調(diào)“接近準(zhǔn)確”,所以不可用在表示確切的數(shù)字的單詞如three or four times, lunchtime, midnight等之前。
