如何消除噪音污染

Nowadays, along with the fast pace of urbandevelopment, noise pollution has largely disturbedthe normal life of city dwellers. It has becomes sucha serious problem that it has aroused the concern from the whole society.

現(xiàn)如今，伴隨著城市快速發(fā)展的步伐，噪音污染對城市居民的正常生活干擾很大。噪音污染成了一個如此嚴重的問題，所以引起了整個社會的關注。

To put an end to such a serious problem, in my mind, calls for the efforts from all sides. First ofall, major factories, as main noise creators, should be moved to industrial zones in suburbs. Department stores and big restaurants should not to be established too close to residentialquarters. Moreover, the municipal government should increase the ratio of green land in thecity, which can reduce all kinds of noises significantly. Last but not least, all urbanconstructions should be stopped during the night so as not to disturb the neighboring dwellers.

依我看來，要解決這一嚴重的問題，需要各方的努力。，大型工廠作為主要噪音制造者，應該搬到郊外的工業(yè)區(qū)。百貨商店和大型餐廳不應該建得離居民區(qū)太近。另外，市政府應該城市土地的綠化率，這能很大程度上減少各種噪音。最后但同樣重要的是，在夜間，所有的城市建設都應該停止，以防打擾周圍的居民。

How can anybody expect to lead a meaningful life until he is far from noise pollution? Onlywhen all of us join in the efforts of eliminating noise pollution at all levels can we expect tohave a better environment and a more beautiful future.(176 words)
