一分鐘談一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容

自我介紹的時(shí)間一般為3分鐘，在時(shí)間的分配上，第一分鐘可談?wù)剬W(xué)歷等個(gè)人基本情況，第二分鐘可談?wù)劰ぷ鹘?jīng)歷，對(duì)于應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生而言可談相關(guān)的社會(huì)實(shí)踐，第三分鐘可談對(duì)本職位的理想和對(duì)于本行業(yè)的看法。如果自我介紹要求在1分鐘內(nèi)完成，自我介紹就要有所側(cè)重，突出一點(diǎn)，不及其余。

在實(shí)踐中，有些應(yīng)聘者不了解面試自我介紹的重要性，只是簡(jiǎn)短地介紹一下自己的姓名、身份，其后補(bǔ)充一些有關(guān)自己的學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)歷等情況，大約半分鐘左右就結(jié)束了自我介紹，然后望著考官，等待下面的提問(wèn)，這是相當(dāng)不妥的，白白浪費(fèi)了一次向面試官推薦自己的寶貴機(jī)會(huì)。而另一些應(yīng)聘者則試圖將自己的全部經(jīng)歷都?jí)嚎s在這幾分鐘內(nèi)，這也是不明智的做法。合理地安排自我介紹的時(shí)間，突出重點(diǎn)是首先要考慮的問(wèn)題。

切勿采用背誦口吻

人力資源專(zhuān)家指出，自我介紹可以事前準(zhǔn)備，也可以事前找些朋友做練習(xí)，但自我介紹應(yīng)避免書(shū)面語(yǔ)言的嚴(yán)整與拘束，而應(yīng)使用靈活的口頭語(yǔ)進(jìn)行組織。切忌以背誦朗讀的口吻介紹自己，如果那樣的話，對(duì)面試官來(lái)說(shuō)，將是無(wú)法忍受的。自我介紹還要注意聲線，盡量讓聲調(diào)聽(tīng)來(lái)流暢自然，充滿自信。

在介紹成績(jī)時(shí)，說(shuō)的次序也極為重要，應(yīng)該把你最想讓面試官知道的事情放在前面，這樣的事情往往是你的得意之作，也可以讓面試官留下深刻的印象。

以說(shuō)真話為前提

面試自我介紹時(shí)，要突出個(gè)人的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和特長(zhǎng)，你可以使用一些小技巧，比如可以介紹自己做過(guò)什么項(xiàng)目來(lái)驗(yàn)證具有某種能力，也可以適當(dāng)引用別人的言論，如老師、朋友等的評(píng)論來(lái)支持自己的描述。但無(wú)論使用哪種小技巧，都要堅(jiān)持以事實(shí)說(shuō)話，少用虛詞、感嘆詞之類(lèi)。自吹自擂一般是很難逃過(guò)面試官的眼睛的。至于談弱點(diǎn)時(shí)則要表現(xiàn)得坦然、樂(lè)觀、自信。
