趙文靜同學(xué)，自xx年7月20號進(jìn)入我車間以來，為充分發(fā)揮和考察該同學(xué)在校期間所學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的效果，從制造行業(yè)角度加深對專業(yè)課程的鞏固程度，使其在今后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作中能盡快進(jìn)入角色，發(fā)揮專業(yè)特長，為供職企業(yè)乃至社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。

zhao wenjing,since her summer holidays started on 20th august xx,she had joined in our team and become one memberof the workshop,to bing into play the role of her specialized cause more greatly,we think all of the efforts just aim to deepen mastering her majorof medical bioengineering that relating tomanufacture industry,what"s more,she would an play her role more successfully and quickly,to make contributions to her company,even and our country and our people,push forward the economic development.

自進(jìn)入我車間以來，我們首先將該同學(xué)安排至一線小組學(xué)習(xí)，并先后要求其對車床、銑床、數(shù)控龍門加工中心、機械電器修理等崗位進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)了解。經(jīng)過半個多月的學(xué)習(xí)體驗，并通過對公司小組組長、同時的了解得知，該同學(xué)在實習(xí)期間能夠認(rèn)真遵守公司、車間的管理規(guī)定,工作勤懇踏實，好學(xué)上進(jìn)，進(jìn)入角色較快。經(jīng)過實習(xí)期間的觀察，我車間對該同學(xué)的表現(xiàn)總結(jié)如下

1、勤懇踏實，好學(xué)上進(jìn)

2、為人謙恭，團結(jié)同事

3、吃苦耐勞，不計得失

since she joined our workshop,firstly,we had arranged her for the frontline to learn,and required her understanding of turning-lathe ,milling machine,numerical control longmen in-process centre,and the repairingof machinery electrical equipment departments.from the comprehending of other colleague,just in a 20 days of short duration ,the student had obesevered the roles of the company and the workshop,great job she made had a positive effect on the other colleagues and she could always be diligent and step forward stubbornly,do all the obeserving in her internship, we can summerize the following expression:

delligent and practical,studious and aspirant

modest and respectful,unity in colleagues;

endure hardship and be capable of hard work,don"t remember lost.
