您好!我是來(lái)自華東理工大學(xué)化工學(xué)院卓越101班的楊帆，來(lái)自山東省濟(jì)南市，經(jīng)過(guò)大學(xué)前三年緊張充實(shí)的大學(xué)生活，我的成績(jī)達(dá)到了保送研究生的資格，并且獲得了免試保送研究生候選人的資格，現(xiàn)將個(gè)人的部分情況列于下文，供各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)參考。

1.學(xué)術(shù)背景和科研經(jīng)歷

大學(xué)大一到大三的三年學(xué)習(xí)中，本人學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)明確，學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，勤奮刻苦、孜孜不倦，綜合成績(jī)一直名列年級(jí)前茅，曾獲綜合課程2等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、綜合課程一等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、國(guó)家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、綜合課程特等獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金各一次，在學(xué)院保研候選人中名列前10。學(xué)習(xí)之余，我也沒(méi)有忘記課本之外的其他輔助技能的學(xué)習(xí)，軟件上能熟練使用包括office在內(nèi)的很多軟件，如autocad、aspen plus、matlab、proii、hextran、smart plant 3d等，外語(yǔ)上通過(guò)了cet4、cet6等級(jí)考試。另外，我于下半年度報(bào)名參加了全國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，采用的是學(xué)生自擬課題“超臨界二氧化碳發(fā)泡環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂及表征”，該課題申請(qǐng)到了上海市級(jí)資助，目前我們小組已經(jīng)完成了實(shí)驗(yàn)中環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的溶脹實(shí)驗(yàn)，正在通過(guò)調(diào)整溶解時(shí)間、溶解壓力、固化時(shí)間、固化溫度等參數(shù)來(lái)篩選合適的發(fā)泡條件。在的“華東理工大學(xué)-亞什蘭”杯化工創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐大賽中，我們小組抽到了“乙醇-乙醇鈉溶液制備”的任務(wù)書(shū)，經(jīng)過(guò)詳細(xì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)規(guī)劃和實(shí)驗(yàn)操作，我們小組采用3a分子篩通過(guò)選擇性吸附除去反應(yīng)中水分的實(shí)驗(yàn)最終獲得了一等獎(jiǎng)。在化工設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域，參加了20“中石化-三井杯”化工設(shè)計(jì)大賽，雖然在比賽中沒(méi)有獲得較好的名次但是通過(guò)這次比賽學(xué)到了很多有關(guān)化工設(shè)計(jì)方面的知識(shí)，比如利用軟件模擬工廠流程、繪制pid和pfd圖、精餾塔的詳細(xì)計(jì)算和安全性能校核等。除了以上的內(nèi)容，作為卓越班的學(xué)生，班級(jí)還組織過(guò)很多工廠的參觀活動(dòng)，對(duì)一些化工廠的布置、企業(yè)文化有基礎(chǔ)的了解。

2.研究生階段的打算

研究生階段打算繼續(xù)深造，好好學(xué)習(xí)研究生的課程同時(shí)做到能夠靈活的應(yīng)用所學(xué)知識(shí)去解決有關(guān)問(wèn)題，爭(zhēng)取申請(qǐng)到碩博連讀的名額，把更多的時(shí)間和心里應(yīng)用在科研工作中，積極配合導(dǎo)師從事所學(xué)方向的研究，發(fā)表多篇高質(zhì)量的論文，畢業(yè)之后繼續(xù)從事化工專(zhuān)業(yè)方向的工作，在自己的領(lǐng)域有所造詣。有機(jī)會(huì)的話可以選擇出國(guó)進(jìn)行一段研究工作，了解一些國(guó)際前沿的化工知識(shí)，回國(guó)后有更多發(fā)揮所學(xué)知識(shí)的余地。我對(duì)于煤化工、石油裂解、反應(yīng)器等方面比較感興趣，希望能夠從事相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究工作。研究生階段除了學(xué)習(xí)之外，還要培養(yǎng)自己的外語(yǔ)能力、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)意識(shí)等相關(guān)社會(huì)技能，爭(zhēng)取畢業(yè)后成為社會(huì)需要的人才，實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的人生價(jià)值。

在科學(xué)研究方面，我主要參加了三個(gè)項(xiàng)目：

第一個(gè)是北京市科研創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目，在這個(gè)項(xiàng)目中，我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)并制作了一個(gè)無(wú)線供電系統(tǒng)，并將其應(yīng)用在無(wú)線鼠標(biāo)上，使現(xiàn)在廣泛應(yīng)用的無(wú)線鼠標(biāo)拋棄了使用電池的煩惱，從電路設(shè)計(jì)焊接，到應(yīng)用測(cè)試，我收獲的不僅是硬件方面的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，還有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和解決困難的能力等等。

第二個(gè)項(xiàng)目是大三結(jié)束后，我去了大連東軟軟件集團(tuán)實(shí)習(xí)，在這次實(shí)習(xí)中，我作為團(tuán)隊(duì)的負(fù)責(zé)人和技術(shù)員，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成了linux下局域網(wǎng)聊天軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)，從需求分析，到設(shè)計(jì)編碼，再到測(cè)試，我了解了一個(gè)商業(yè)軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)流程，也學(xué)會(huì)了如何做好一個(gè)項(xiàng)目的負(fù)責(zé)人。

第三個(gè)是出國(guó)留學(xué)網(wǎng)現(xiàn)在正在做的嵌入式說(shuō)話人識(shí)別系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)，目前已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)pc機(jī)環(huán)境下的識(shí)別，正在制作ui以及向目標(biāo)板移植。

在個(gè)人技能方面，我一次性通過(guò)了英語(yǔ)四六級(jí)，聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)都還ok，計(jì)算機(jī)方面，初步掌握了c語(yǔ)言，c++，能熟練應(yīng)用辦公軟件和多媒體處理軟件，通過(guò)了計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)綜合技能認(rèn)證.

如果能如愿以償?shù)倪M(jìn)入北航，我打算在碩士階段有以下規(guī)劃：首先，進(jìn)一步了解我的研究方向，認(rèn)真補(bǔ)充專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí);同時(shí)希望能夠跟著老師接觸一些項(xiàng)目，用項(xiàng)目驅(qū)動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)。希望自己到最后能夠自己帶項(xiàng)目。另外如果有機(jī)會(huì)的話，希望能夠在北航繼續(xù)深造，攻讀博士學(xué)位。
