bring to oneself

1. 解詞釋義

To bring one to oneself的意思是“使自己清醒過來”“使自己意識(shí)到”。

2. 拓展范例

e.g. He drank a cup of strong tea to bring him to himself.

e.g. His father threw a pail of water over him, which bring him to himself.
