一、 接聽外線電話：

01、 電話鈴響三聲接起，中英文清晰報出酒店名稱：

您好，北京香格里拉酒店!

Good morning ,

02、 轉(zhuǎn)接時，對來電方：

請稍等!

Hold on ,please !

03、 電話占線時：

對不起，電話占線，請您稍后再撥。

Sorry , the line is busy .please call back later!

04、 轉(zhuǎn)入電話無人接時：

電話沒人接，您是否需要留言?

There's no answer , Would you like to leave a message ?

05、轉(zhuǎn)入客房電話：

A、 請問您找那位?

Who would you like to speak to ?

B、 對不起，沒有這個姓名的客人。

Sorry , there's no guest with that name

C、 您能告訴我他是住客還是訪客?

Excuse me for asking but is he a visitor or a hotel guest?

05、 內(nèi)容沒聽清或不確定時：

A、 請您再說一遍好嗎?

Would you like to repeat the number ?

B、 請您大聲一點好嗎：

Could you speak a little louder , please

C、 請說慢一點!

Could you speak slowly ,please?

07、對方撥錯號碼：

恐怕您撥錯了號碼，這里是XXX酒店總機。

I'm afraid you dial the wrong number . here is xx hotel operator;

08、 外線來電詳細(xì)問詢時：

我將幫您把電話轉(zhuǎn)到問訊處;

I'll put you through to the information desk

09、 來電方需要留言：

A、 請告訴我您的留言內(nèi)容;

Could you please give me the message , sir / madam?

B、 請放心，我一定將您的意思轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)給X先生/小姐，謝謝您的來電，再見!

Thank you for calling , I 'll relay the message to Mr./Mrs.

二、 酒店住店客人的叫醒受理：

01、 能告訴我您的姓名和房號嗎?

May I have your name and your room number , please?

02、 您需要什么時間的叫醒?

Could you tell me what time would you like to get up ?

03、 我重復(fù)一遍您的房號和叫醒時間，好嗎?

May I repeat your room number and the time , sir / madam ?

04、 早上好(中午、晚上好)，先生/女士，這是您的叫醒電話，祝您過得愉快!

三、 接酒店營業(yè)區(qū)，后臺區(qū)，辦公室電話：
